We All Can Agree.

We all can agree that a parent would not and should not put their children in harm’s way. We should never put or children in a situation that could be fatal.

We can all agree that to put our children in harm’s way is not exercising good judgement or any moral judgement.

AND YET, THE REPUBLICANS UNDER THIS ADMINISTRATION WANT TO PUT ON THE SUPREME COURT TO MAKE JUDGEMENTS THAT AFFECT ALL OF OUR AND OUR CHILDREN’S LIVES THIS PERSON. YOU NEED TO WRITE OR CALL OR TEXT YOUR SENATOR TO STOP THIS CONFIRMATION.

As further evidence of her lack of good decision making:

She sign petitions without reading them on her way out of church.

She accepts a position on a board that is anti gay right.

And yet, she claims to be unable to answer senators question because she would need more facts.

A.G. Barr’s Testimony

Being retired I watch congressional hearings so that I can compare what I see and hear with what is in the news.

I only got as far as Louie Gomert’s “questioning” before I turned off the TV.

The Republicans only wanted to talk about O’bama and Biden. Guys, that’s in the past.

The Democrats only wanted to Talk about Trump.
The Dems completely missed asking the follow up questions to Barr’s statement that he “Interfered with the courts” for Flynn, Manaforte, and Roger Stone because he felt the convictions and penalties were unjust:

1. Noone pointed out that he was putting himself above not only the judges, his own department of justice, but also the juries in those trials. These men were tried by their peers, found guilty and therefore, were subject to sentencing guidelines. Has he stepped in to lower the sentences of young people? Has he to lessened the penalties of Democratic congressmen?

2. Please list all the people who were not allies of Trump whose cases he intervened with to provide what he thought was justice.

3. Mr. Barr, aren’t your actions putting yourself above the law? These men were investigated, indicted, judged and convicted by a jury of their peers. And you say, “So What?”.

Really?

JUST DIE DAMN IT!

It should be evident to even the Trumpsters that what the Republicans want is for the elderly (who are on Social Security. Medicare or Disability ) and the working poor (who are on Medicaid) and people of color (who are dispropornately affeced) to die. How can I charge that?

Why is he holding back on testing?

Why else would he want he elderly to attend his pep-rallys?

Why would he want to curtail testing?

Why isn”t his administration seeing that there are adequate medical protections for our health care workers?

Why does FEMA send “junk” to the providers in nursing homes?

Why has he silenced the CDC?

WHY ARE THE REPUBLICANS SAYING OR DOING NOTHING?

The death of these non-one percenters are the only hope this president and his Senators have of gettng elected.

At the same time, their deaths would decrease payments for Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid freeing up mney to dealwith the exploding debt they created with their first stimulus to the one percent.

Wake up!

Playing Government

The decision of using the U.S. Army to disperse legal protestors so that the President could have a photo op reminds me of playing as a child.

I can see the President’s staff sitting around with their juicies and snacks saying, “Wouldn’t it be neat to show the President holding up a bible in front of a church and if we use the U.S. Army, mounted police, and helicopters to clear his way of protestors,
it will also show how powerful and courageous he is.”

If this court continues to ignore precedent, the Supreme Court will lose all credibility and will become meaningless just like Congress and the Department of Justice. We will become what the founding fathers wrote desperately to avoid, a monarchy controlled by foreign government influence.

So, Who’s The Boss?

Can you be the boss of an organization and still claim that you are not part of that organization. I’m not even a country lawyer, but I can see that to be the boss of an organization like the intelligence community you by definition must be part of that intelligence community.
