We all seek happiness.
It is logical that you have a better chance of finding something if you look for it.
As an experiment I asked a group of students if they had ever found a four leaf clover. No one had.
I then asked if they had ever seen one. No one had.
I showed them a picture of one.
Next day again asked if they had found a four leaf clover. None had.
So I promised them extra credit points on their next test if they brought in a four leaf clover.
A third of the class brought in a four leaf clover.
Point is if you want happiness, you need to look for it everyday. Chances are you will find happiness with frequency and in all kinds of places.
