NEW MINUTE MEN?

In our fight against King George III, in our war to end oppression and gain independence; there was a group of colonists who were the tip of the spear. They were called the Minutemen. Wherever the British soldiers went the minutemen showed up to oppose them,

Today, those who marched in the No Kings parades, those who show up in California, Chicago, and wherever ICE shows up are our minutemen.

I urge you to be our modern minutemen; not with muskets, but with your phones, your whistles, your demonstrations, your presence at congressional offices, your participation in protests and marches.

THE WAR OF 1812

The British sacked the U.S. Capital. Now 200 plus years later we see a President with the implicit help of Congress destroying it. All for the glory of one man and his party.

The rose garden, gifted by many nations, as a sign of friendship and alliance has already been destroyed.

And our leaders, religious, academic, scientific and the military do nothing. Thus our Republic shall end, not with a bang but a whimper.

When asked what kind of government the founding fathers had forged replied “A Republic, if we can keep it.
